I used the picture below to make a door that would be accurate to a persons height when walking through a door, I changed the units from mm to cm to make it easier for me to understand what I needed to be size wise in 3D'S max (90 cm x 210 cm)
After getting the measurements I found a door design I liked the looks of and base it on.
